There are many ways to get involved, 2 of the most popular ways are:

Section Assistant Role

Section Assistants are adult volunteers who assist the Section Leaders and Assistant Section

Leaders in delivering the programme to young people in Scouting.

You can wear a uniform if you wish

Training is provided

Occasional Helper

Occasional helpers are adults who volunteer on a occasional basis to suit when individuals are available

and provide additional support to the leaders in delivering diverse and interesting scouting to young people.

There is no uniform to wear

No training required

Flexible to suit personal availability
